The programme includes extraordinary dishes such as bacon sushi from the Kingstone gas grill (partner: Bauhaus Germany), Asian vegetable soup and other wok dishes from the HOT WOK, and Turkish köfte from the Rexgarden gas grill barrel. The offer is complemented by a daily breakfast from the grill. All dishes are refined with spices, dried fruits and sauces from Genusspower.

Two special guests will provide additional culinary highlights:

On 13 February, Sven Lehnhoff, chef, consultant and Wagyu dealer, will accompany the barbecue shows. He stands for high-quality cuisine with an entertainment factor and brings culinary delights to life – including umami mince burgers prepared together with guests.

On 14 February, BBQ-Tina will be at the grill together with master Kerim Duygu. The multiple world champion and Guinness World Record holder, known as a martial arts school owner, personal trainer and mental coach, will bring his passion for Turkish cuisine to bear and organise a trade fair day dedicated to a variety of Turkish barbecue dishes.
