This year, B.I.G. 2024 opens the barbecue season on all five days of the trade fair. The daily barbecue shows have a lot to offer. There is something for amateur barbecuers, beginners and advanced barbecuers alike.

The daily programme starts at 10.45 a.m. with the question "What do lemons and radishes do on the barbecue?". At 12 noon, the programme will focus on meat - special cuts simply prepared. The programme will show that it doesn't always have to be fillet. All fish fans can look forward to the show at 1.30 pm. This will provide an insight into grilling fish and seafood.

Program

Another highlight is the improv show, which takes place every day at 3 pm. With the help of the audience and 4 randomly selected ingredients, interesting dishes and crazy treats are conjured up. The motto here is: "Be creative and join in!".

Germany's craziest barbecue and kitchen expert Jens Becher will host the programme. Many people know him from regular appearances on television and radio, perhaps even from his barbecue school. With a mixture of culinary expertise and comedic talent, the food entertainer not only gives tips and tricks on how to prepare food. He also shows how to look after your barbecue at home.
