Hall 26 offers everything you need for an active and healthy lifestyle: Here you will find a large selection of functional clothing and equipment for outdoor and indoor activities. From hiking and training outfits to shoes and innovative sports equipment such as vibration dumbbells, fitness sticks and massage devices, you'll find everything you need.
ABF TT Cup 2026 – Table tennis premiere at ABF
On 11 February 2026, a table tennis tournament will be held at the ABF for the first time: the ABF TT Cup in the Fitness Arena. Organised by the Delfin TT Gang, the tournament is aimed at table tennis fans of all skill levels. Visitors can also take to the table themselves in between matches.
Participation is free of charge. The tournament takes place from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

bellicon® JUMPING Fitness
bellicon JUMPING is the energetic and sweat-inducing fitness concept on bellicon mini trampolines and is well known under the name JUMPING Fitness. The trampoline power workout activates up to 400 muscles, is highly effective, incredibly fun and the perfect balance to everyday life.
At ABF, jumpers will have the exclusive chance to experience THREE hours of full bellicon® JUMPING power.
bellicon® | Taster courses
No matter how young or old you are, anyone can train on the bellicon mini trampoline and do something for their health. Whether you prefer gentle swinging or energetic jumping - you decide the intensity yourself. So, pack up your child, husband, wife, grandma and grandpa and come to our free taster courses on the event area in Hall 26 and jump or swing your way to fitness.

Hula Hoop Day (Sunday)

Hula hooping has made a huge comeback in recent years and is now more popular than ever. More and more people are regularly hooping and having fun with the hoop. Whether it's hoop dancing, hoop fitness or hoop artistry: the fun of movement always comes first. Hula Hoop is more than a sport, Hula Hoop is a way of life.
ABF RUN
Run and experience at the exhibition centre: As part of ABF, the ABF RUN will take place for the first time on Saturday, 14 February - a running event for the whole family at the Hannover Exhibition Centre. The event offers both the KIDS RUN over 1,000 metres and the ABF RUN with a maximum distance of 10.5 kilometres.
