FAQs for online ticket purchase
The day tickets entitle the holder to a single visit to the ABF - as well as to the B.I.G.
As a buyer, you need your own email address to create a user account. This will allow you to access your tickets later and use it for future purchases.
You can only pay by credit card (VISA or Mastercard) and PayPal. Unfortunately, other payment methods are not possible.
Only at the box office you can also buy tickets at the normal price in cash or by EC card.
After purchasing, you can download your tickets as a PDF file or as a wallet in a suitable app on your smartphone. Please bring your tickets with you to the trade show.
The invoice will be sent as a PDF file to the email address specified in the order process. If you have not received an email, please check your spam folder.
No, the exchange or return of tickets is excluded. However, you can give your ticket to a third party.
To open and print you need Adobe Reader. You can download the Adobe Reader free of charge via this link .
No, the trade fair ticket is not valid as a public transport ticket.
If an accompanying person is registered on the disabled person's ID, please send your request for a free ticket by e-mail to service-hotline@messe.de.
For this purpose, we also need the transaction number on your invoice or the ticket code on your ticket as well as a copy of your disabled ID.
In case of exchange or complaint, you can buy a permit pass for a deposit of 12 EUR from Wednesday – Friday / 14 EUR on weekend at the box office upon presentation of the goods and the receipt.
The deposit will be refunded within 45 minutes after purchase and upon presentation of the pass at the cash desk.
