After purchasing, you can download your tickets as a PDF file or as a wallet in a suitable app on your smartphone. Please bring your tickets with you to the trade show.
The invoice will be sent as a PDF file to the email address specified in the order process. If you have not received an email, please check your spam folder.
No, the exchange or return of tickets is excluded. However, you can give your ticket to a third party.
To open and print you need Adobe Reader. You can download Adobe Reader for free.
No, the trade fair ticket is not valid as a public transport ticket.
If an accompanying person is registered on the disabled person's ID, please send your request for a free ticket by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. For this purpose, we also need the transaction number on your invoice or the registration code on your ticket as well as a copy of your disabled ID.
In case of exchange or complaint, you can buy a pass for a deposit of 14 € at the box office upon presentation of the goods and the receipt.
The deposit will be refunded within 45 minutes after purchase and upon presentation of the pass at the cash desk.
