Experience movement instead of just watching: in 2026, the Fitness Arena in Hall 26 will once again be the meeting place for everyone who wants to get active, try something new and take home some sporting inspiration. A varied programme for all ages awaits on every day of the fair – from spontaneous participation to thrilling shows.
The ABF TT Cup 2026 kicks things off on Wednesday. Registered participants compete in the table tennis tournament, while visitors can pick up a bat themselves at the tables provided – it's easy and no registration is required.
Thursday is all about families: on Grandma, Grandpa and Grandchild Day, a continuous children's course invites them to let off steam. The programme is complemented by action-packed Ludosport show fights with taster courses, where lightsaber fans will get their money's worth, as well as an energetic cheerleading show with participatory acrobatics.
